Something in the app

Someone at a plan or in a chat

Report them from their profile in the app: open the profile, then the flag. From a chat, hold their message; after a plan, open the plan. Reporting blocks them for you at once, and the person reported is never told who reported them. Someone reported for something serious by a person they have met on Acaso, or reported by more than one person, is paused automatically. If you are in danger, call the emergency services first.

Your account is paused

The app tells you why. If you think it is a mistake, email [email protected] from the app's paused screen, so your ID comes with it, and we will look again.

Your account and your data

In the app: Settings, then Delete my account. It removes your profile and your photos, including the photos you posted into chats, and your messages leave every chat. Change who can find you, or hide from Nearby, in Settings. What we keep and why is in the privacy policy.
