Acaso is made by a small team in London. Write to us and a person answers, usually within a day.

Something in the app

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Someone at a table or an activity

Report them from their profile in the app: open the profile, then the flag. The person reported is never told who reported them. Block anyone from the same place and you will never see each other again. If you are in danger, call the emergency services first.

Your account and your data

Delete your account from Settings; everything you posted goes with it, immediately. Change who can find you, or hide from Nearby, in Settings. What we keep and why is in the privacy policy.

Membership

Acaso Plus is billed by Apple. Cancel or change it in your iPhone's Settings, Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
